Detail Studio Pro Membership Terms & Agreement

By enrolling in the Detail Studio Pro Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility

The Detail Studio Pro Membership is intended for:

• Professional automotive detailers
• Automotive service and reconditioning businesses
• Brick-and-mortar retail businesses selling car care products in person
• Membership is not intended for personal consumer use.

Detail Studio Products reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Fee & Billing

• Membership is billed at $19.95 per month on a recurring basis or annually at $199.95 yearly
• Payment is processed automatically through the selected payment method.
• Membership remains active until canceled.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Access to Pro pricing will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Pro Pricing Benefits

Active members receive:

• 20% off eligible products sitewide (excluding case products and excluded items)
• Access to Pro Member Case Products
• Case pricing at up to 30% off retail on select products
• Case quantities vary by product and are clearly listed on each product page.

Pro pricing:

• Is automatically applied when logged into an active member account
• Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes
• Applies only while membership is active

4. Case Product Terms

Case products:

• Are sold in manufacturer-defined case quantities (e.g., 4, 6, 12 units)
• Are available exclusively to active Pro Members
• Are priced at a fixed wholesale rate

Additional discounts do not apply to case products.

5. Authorized Use & Resale Restrictions

By joining the Detail Studio Pro Membership, you agree that:

• Products may be used in professional detailing services
• Products may be sold in person through a physical retail location
• Online resale of any kind is strictly prohibited
• Sales on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, social commerce platforms, etc.) are strictly prohibited
• Redistribution to other businesses is prohibited
• Drop shipping is prohibited

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

6. Fair Use Policy

Membership pricing is intended for reasonable professional or in-store retail use.

Detail Studio Products reserves the right to review purchasing activity. Orders that appear excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with normal professional use may result in suspension or termination of membership.

7. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Ensuring login credentials remain secure
• Not sharing account access with unauthorized users

• Membership benefits are non-transferable.

8. Termination of Membership

Detail Studio Products reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if:

• Terms are violated
• Pricing policies are abused
• Online resale is detected
• False business information is provided

Termination may occur without prior notice.

9. Modification of Terms

Detail Studio Products reserves the right to update or modify membership terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
